ARSENAL VS LIVERPOOL

The rivalry between Arsenal and Liverpool takes several seasons of the premier league, going back to its beginnings in the sixties in Anfield, of 1964/1965 championships years; although in those times it did not have the name of premier league but the FA CUP.

Arsenal was founded in 1886 in south-east London by workers at the Royal Arsenal armament factory in Woolwich. In 1983 it became the first South England team to join the football league.
